Key Responsibilities

As the vital link between our customers and our skilled workshop team, you will ensure every service visit is a positive experience. Your key duties will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and managing their service experience from the first interaction to the final handover.
  • Actively listening to customer needs, scheduling appointments, and providing clear, outstanding communication throughout the entire repair process.
  • Preparing accurate quotations, ordering necessary parts, and delivering comprehensive, detailed information to our technicians.
  • Effectively explaining repair details and service recommendations to customers in a friendly, understandable way.
  • Maintaining exceptional organisation for all work in progress, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Handling general reception duties such as phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks while meeting monthly dealership and manufacturer KPIs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable individual with a great attitude and a heart for service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A current, valid Class C (Standard) Driver’s Licence.
  • While prior experience as a Service Advisor is not essential, a general knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is a definite advantage.
