Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical support role across our diverse People functions, providing essential coordination and analytical insight. Your key areas of contribution will include:
- Assisting with data validation, report generation, and dashboard development to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Generating interview and pipeline analytics, supporting pre-boarding logistics, and ensuring process compliance.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with lifecycle transactions such as onboarding and internal moves.
- Coordinating learning program logistics and tracking participation rates.
- Supporting data validation for compensation cycles and benefits benchmarking.
- Preparing meeting materials and collaborating with regional and global HR teams on projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a foundation of analytical skill and a passion for learning. We are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical reasoning, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Word.
- An eagerness to learn HRIS systems; prior exposure is a plus but not required.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across APAC and global teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is beneficial.
