Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational lead, ensuring every service request and planned project is delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication regarding maintenance issues, project updates, and service levels.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of both reactive maintenance and scheduled works, liaising closely with contractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage the workflow by reviewing quotes, obtaining approvals, tracking job progress, and supporting budget control and invoicing processes.
• Schedule and coordinate all necessary site visits, contractor access, and post-work inspections.
• Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and service reports to ensure full transparency and that all health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hands-on coordination role within property management, facilities operations, service delivery, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of maintenance workflows, contractor management, and the property services lifecycle.
