Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the critical logistics that support our innovation pipeline. Your core duties will include:

• Coordinating closely with Program Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow for all projects.
• Managing the end-to-end material flow process, including unloading, labeling, system receiving, warehouse inbound operations, and arranging both domestic and international shipments.
• Overseeing NPI material warehouses, optimizing storage layouts, and maintaining strict inventory accuracy through quarterly cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Managing material disposal processes in full compliance with company policies and environmental standards.
• Providing reliable support for ad-hoc projects and additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and independent professional with the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an ERP system for inventory or logistics management.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with the initiative to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• A collaborative spirit and a focus on continuous process improvement.
