Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the precise and efficient operation of warehouse activities. Key duties include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound quality control inspections for products, including full and residual containers, ensuring all materials meet quality and safety standards.
• Managing daily warehousing operations, including inventory monitoring, storage optimization, accurate order picking, and packaging to maximize space utilization.
• Proficiently operating the warehouse management system for receiving, dispatching, and maintaining 100% accurate inventory records and related reports.
• Handling the storage processes for special containers such as gas cylinders and steel cylinders, and assisting in establishing related safety operating procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Closely coordinating with the supply chain team to respond swiftly to demands, continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assisting the Warehouse Team Lead in developing and refining standard operating procedures while strictly adhering to all safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following background and qualities:

• High school diploma or above.
• Relevant work experience in warehousing or production departments; experience in chemical warehousing or hazardous material management is preferred.
• Possession of relevant operation licenses, such as a forklift license, is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management modules in SAP or similar ERP systems; hands-on system experience is highly valued.
• Understanding of cylinder management processes and basic emergency response knowledge.
• Personal attributes should include a high sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills, patience, and a proactive work attitude.
