Key Responsibilities

You will own the culinary operation, from the back office to the front line. Your key areas of impact will be:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the kitchen team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences while driving high levels of engagement.

  • Managing all financial aspects of the kitchen, including monitoring inventory, purchasing, and maintaining strict control over food and labor costs (COGS) to meet budgetary goals.
  • Developing and standardizing recipes to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Planning and costing special event menus and chef’s selections, contributing creative culinary ideas.
  • Enforcing the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance in the kitchen.
  • Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the entire team operates as a cohesive unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned leader who brings:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue.
  • A proven track record of recruiting, training, and developing a successful culinary team.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing food costs, labor budgets, and inventory systems.
  • The physical stamina and ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in warm kitchen environments.
  • The resilience and leadership to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree is preferred, but significant professional experience is highly valued.
